Returns & Exchanges

At VLONE, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the exclusivity and integrity of our streetwear. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Quality Review

  Wait for our team to review your request; once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original VLONE packaging, include the printed RMA form inside, and securely seal the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and hold onto your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
